东莞嘉颐实业有限公司隶属于力嘉国际集团，于2014年在中国环保包装名镇——东莞桥头倾力打造力嘉环保包装印刷产业园，项目分两期开发建设，一期园区占地160亩，投资规模6.8亿元，旨在打造广东最大的“包装印刷+互联网”产业园。目前，园区已成功打造包装印刷博物馆、苹果树创客空间、包装设计展厅、10万㎡自动化生产基地及污水环保工程，并配有餐饮区、纸上咖啡馆、5D游乐区、嘉湖观等休闲区，配套设施一应俱全，全力解决企业发展的后顾之忧。
 
其中，包装印刷博物馆是东莞市首个民间包装印刷博物馆，由力嘉国际集团47年累积资源锻造而成，以传承中华印刷历史文化为己任，追溯纸张发明、雕版技术、活字印刷；回顾汉字信息处理、王选激光照排；浏览数字印刷、绿色包装，全面讲述了印刷先贤智慧。馆内全面展示了造纸术工艺流程全息影像，从斩竹漂塘、煮楻足火、荡料入帘、覆帘压纸、透火焙干等过程，凸显了一张纸改变一个世界的历程。此外，馆内以数码印刷、平板喷绘、高仿产品等三个核心领域为重点，集中展示了现代化包装印刷设计、研发、生产的精湛技艺以及产品，进一步带动了包装装潢的高速增长。
 
此外，园区承接了东莞市专业镇创新服务平台——东莞市桥头镇环保包装产业协同创新中心的四大中心建设，包括：环保包装印刷技术研究中心、环保包装文化创意设计中心、环保包装成果转化及孵化中心、环保包装产品交易展示交易中心。园区的整体规划围绕包装印刷、包装设计、艺术设计、创业孵化、标准定制、职业培训、产学研一体化、印刷设备耗材、展览展示交易等与全球包装印刷产业链展开全方位多维度商务合作，将汇聚行业翘楚，助力中小企业的转型升级，为全国包装印刷企业搭建综合交流平台。
 
Dongguan Jiayi Industrial Co. is a wholly owned subsidiary of LUKKA INT’L which designed and built ‘The Lukka Green Packaging and Printing Industrial Park’ during the year of 2014 in China’s ‘Famous Green Packaging Town’- Qiaotou, Dongguan. The project construction is divided into two phase; Phase One covers an area of 160 Chinese acres with a total investment of CNY ¥680 millions, aims to build up the largest ‘Packaging & Printing + Internet’ industrial park in Guangdong. At the present stage, the ‘Packaging & Printing Museum’, ‘Apple Tree Makerspace’, ‘Package Design Exhibition Hall’ and a 100,000m2 automatic production base and sewage treatment plant are fully completed, along with a various supporting facility such as catering area, Café, 5D Amusement Centre and Jiahu Temple.
 
Specially, the Packaging & Printing Museum is the first privately operated P&P museum in Dongguan and considered as the most important outcome of LUKKA, which pools the painstaking effort of LUKKA’s 47 years developments. It plays a significant role in protecting and passing down of Chinese civilization and printing history, to underscore the importance of printing in human cultural development and communication. The museum restored the whole process of papermaking, wood block printing technique and movable-type printing by using holographic displays, as well as demonstrating the Chinese character information processing, Wangxuan laser imagesetter, digital printing and E-Co packaging. In addition, the emphasis of the exhibition is to present modern packaging and printing design, Research & Development and exquisite production skill, which rely on three core domains: Digital Pringting, Inkjet Printing and High imitated paintings.
 
Moreover, the LUKKA industrial park will be undertaken to establish the Dongguan city’s innovation service platform – Four Environment-friendly Packaging Innovation centers, including Packaging & Printing Research Center, Cultural & Creative Design Center, Incubation & Transformation Center, and Product Trade & Exhibition Center. The framework of LUKKA industrial park mainly comprise Production, Package Design, Art Design, Entrepreneurship Incubation, Professional Training, The integration of Industry-University-Research Institute, Printing Equipment and Consumables，and Exhibition & Trading, so as to create a globalized and multi-dimensional commercial environment, to strengthen with leading and small enterprises of the comprehensive exchange of information and resources, develop a win-win business model.
